HeadCount is an organization that encourages and educates young people on the importance of voting for social change. This campaign was fueled by use of open data stats, and specifically that Nevada residents dump on average 38.8 tons of waste per year.
Another large in-site that played into the ideation behind the campaign is that majority people don't know what's in Nevada besides Area 51 and the infamous Las Vegas strip.
We decided on an idea that HeadCount will go undercover as @Nevada_Exposed and spread conspiracy theories relating to the trash issues at hand. This will be phase 1/2 of the campaign. The second phase will be an event called Trash Talk promoted
through the Nevada Exposed instagram after being revealed through an interactive Instagram call to action, that reveals that all these conspiracies
were fake and a just a tactic to build buzz for this Headcount event encouraging young people to vote.
